Position: Sr Oracle Apps Techno Functional Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years

Minimum 10 to 15 years of Oracle APPS DBA Experience
* Oracle RDBMS 12c product implementation, upgrades, architecture and performance tuning.
* Database monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, high-availability strategies in a 24x7 Production environment
* Proficient with Oracle RAC,ASM and OEM.
* Experience managing a DBA team in an onsite/offshore model
* Manage and coordinate the application and database patching processes, Cloning of EBS Application and Database
* Create business use cases and transform them into ERP solution for the client
* Work with business units such as users, managers and team leads to understand the challenges and map out and implement a timely solution.
* Managing the DBA team that maintains the Oracle Applications Databases and supporting tools for the R12. New Project/Assignment Deliveries, Escalation Handling, Performance Reviews, Mentoring.
* Collaborate and work closely with offshore DBA team/leads, development leads, Operations teams, PMO and others to come up with solutions and provide day-to-day support to client.
* Experience in database reorganization, migration, capacity planning , disaster recovery and high-availability

Must have 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle e-Business Suite R 12 Applications
· Experience in real estate and retail industries will be preferred
· Strong Technical skills on Oracle Forms & Reports, SQL &PL/SQL, and XML/BI Publisher
· Strong technical knowledge on workflow development and customizations
· Strong technical knowledge on automation of business processes in ERP.
· Strong Technical skills on Oracle Forms Personalization's
· Ability to understand custom bolt on solutions in ERP and enhance them to automate for evolving business requirements
· Support all the Financials/Procurement/Projects Modules in ERP R12 along-with custom modules
· Must have the good functional knowledge on Oracle Projects, Procurement and Financial Modules
· Sound experience on API's & CEMLI framework
· Design and develop technical solutions to a pre-defined requirement and develop components including extensions, views, customizations, modifications, reports, and workflows independently or as a part of a team
· Strong techno-functional knowledge, with hands-on experience managing Oracle Financials/Procurement/Projects/Sales & Leasing modules of Oracle e-business Suite R12
· Ability to gather the requirements from business users and understand the requirements.
· Strong technical skills on Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Java, JSP and Integration of OBIEE and BI Publisher in OAF pages
· Must have done OAF personalization's & extensions in Oracle iProcurement and other Self Service modules
· Ability to develop new OAF pages and integrate with existing ERP modules
· Must be able to write the technical documents like Md070 and 120 and test scripts for the developments
· Must have used the version control system
