Position Summary
This role is for a Business Analyst, SAP in our Global Product Development group. Responsible for scoping, designing and delivering tax and regulatory updates to our clients Business Analysts combine in-depth HCM expertise with the latest tax and regulatory changes to produce functional system design specifications and test strategies. Strong Payroll configuration skills coupled with a deep understanding of the Payroll sub module in HCM are essential to success in this role. This position is vital in providing high quality deliverables to our clients and keeping their mission critical enterprise applications in compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Apply SAP functional knowledge and deep understanding of legislative requirements to analyze, develop, and deliver holistic, compliant updates to our clients
• Design and development of business requirements, functional specifications, test plans and, installation and delivery documents
• Provide in-depth knowledge of SAP applications across multiple releases. This includes business process functional knowledge and detailed configuration and settings of SAP technologies
• Execute tests, debug as necessary and document results
• Support of delivered solutions as required
• Experience managing or supporting in a lead role, Year End tax updates in EMEA & APAC Regions
• Active participation in a team environment that utilizes a collaborative design process
• Liaison with Development and Quality Assurance teams
• Working with all Global Product Development resources to ensure a quality deliverable to customers that is 100% compliant and 100% defect free
• The position will follow each tax and regulatory change from discovery through successful translation into an application update
Minimal Qualifications
Location
• Hyderabad or Bangalore, India
Experience
• 10+ Years of SAP experience with HR/PR projects as primary duties and background
• HR/Payroll Subject Matter Expert with deep experience working with multiple countries in the EMEA, APAC regions
• Beyond excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks concurrently and drive them to completion
Desired Qualifications
• Experience managing SAP payroll on the client side or in a lead support role
• Strong, proactive communicator
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point,
• CPP or other HR/Payroll industry certification
• Track record of successful projects and roles
