Should have at least 6 years of application design and development experience in developing eServices applications using Oracle technology stack.
Should have done atleast 3 projects with responsibility on Requirement study, documentations and presentation to customer.
Strong Oracle FusionMiddleWare Experience in Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12c (BPM, BPEL, Mediators, and Composites)
SOA Best Practices - for SOAP/REST Web Service development, Managing business asset such as XSD's, WSDL, Process Definitions, XSLT etc, Design time UDDI, Policy management.
Experience in G2C and G2B Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end process execution
Proficiency in application tools/languages such as: JDeveloper, SOAPUI, XML, XSD, XSLT, REST/JSON, WebLogic JMS.
Should have experience in developing applications using JDeveloper/ADF.
Should have exposure to Oracle Webcenter and Oracle Database.
Experienced in architecting eServices portal pertaining to eGovernance with integrations to online payment gateways must
Deep understanding of Synchronous / Asynchronous communication patterns.
Should be experienced in task management and leading team of 8-10 members.
Possession of good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead/work independently and make independent judgments.
Project Experience
Assign and manage resource tasks and schedules.
Understanding on Waterfall and Agile or Scrum methodology.
Resource planning, project scheduling, time estimation.
Successful execution of at least 3 large eServices project with on time, on cost delivery.
Report status on project plan, project execution with Project Manager.
Create test strategy and conduct dry run on pilots.
Take ownership of final acceptance, conduct all closure schedules.
Provide project status report on weekly basis to all stakeholder.
Ensure project process and administration activities and ensure all audit requirements are met.
Project delivery experience.
Review incident/problem/change management plan created by team.
Track risk and problem resolution.
Drive and implement best practices for resolution of issues.
Liaise with business users/SMEs to resolve issues if required.
Review patch fixes created to prevent recurrence of complex problems.
Guide team members in the course of incident/ problem management.
