| · Good functional knowledge and understanding of standard business processes across different modules of the track | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| · Requirement Gathering in Design Workshop with Client and PwC onsite team and building a global solution for multi country roll outs | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| · Gather localization requirements and conduct a feasibility analysis | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| · Conduct Oracle Cloud Demo with client | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| · Work with Client & PwC onsite teams to analyze Gaps, provide functional workarounds, create Requirement Traceability Matrix and produce proof of concepts for out of the box solutions | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| · Create TO-BE process flow and analyze impacts of changes from AS-IS flow | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| · Prepare Configuration Workbook for each module, Functional Specification for RICEF objects, Test Plans and Detailed test scripts. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| · Configure Oracle Cloud in different environments | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| · Perform Unit / String / End to End / Regression testing for standard and custom features along with RICEF objects | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| · Experience in providing estimates and responses for RFPs | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| · Facilitate functional training for consultants and get involved in internal practice capability building | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
