Skills & Experience:
Must have minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience on Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) in implementation of projects.
Should have excellent functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle EBS R12 with exposure to full life cycle implementation.
Thorough knowledge of below modules: Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Sub ledger Accounting and Oracle E-Business Tax (GST), Oracle Payables, Oracle Fixed Assets, Oracle Receivables, Open Interfaces, Oracle Applications Architecture, E-Business Suite Navigation.
Experienced in understanding business requirements; transform that into functional design documents.
Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
A self-driven person with strong drive & motivation.
Defining Oracle ERP Finance Functional consultant learning paths for employees in various experience levels.
Designing the curriculum and curation of the content as necessary.
Delivery of training programs in Classroom, WebEx formats.
Liaison with delivery teams to understand training needs every quarter.
Evaluation of training outcomes and giving feedback to employees.
Passion for sharing knowledge and interacting with people.
