We are urgently looking for Sr. Sales Engineer / Territory Manager with one of our MNC client for Bangalore location. The detail job description is as below:
Job Description:
1.Implement and execute a 3 years business plan with challenging and achievable SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time based) ACTIONS for rapid business growth. 2. Build up a long and strong relationship with customers, consultants and key accounts for Medical Gas Solutions Business. 3. Look out for and Identify replacement Business/ Project Business 4. Understand customer value drivers; implement replacement proposals based on return on investment to influence customer buying decision. 5. Handle the dealers / distributors, motivate and guide them to achieve targets in their respective territories 6. Grow substantially the market share for the Medical Gas Solutions Division profitably. 7. Implement strategies to make the growth, sustainable and profitable. 8.Develop new Dealer. 9.Annual Dealer Target setting 10.Lead Monthly Sales review meeting with dealers and monitor dealer performance. 11.Share inputs and action plan on dealers on dealer's performance improvement. 12.Attend Meeting with Critical customer of Dealer 13.Identify competency gap and impart sales training to dealers. 14.Share the lead to dealers based on dealer's capability. 15.Competitor Mapping 16. Dealing with Corporate/Govt Hospital Customer
Experience requirements At least more than 7-10 years of proven sales experience in Medical Gas Pipeline Products, with a track record in reaching targets. Proven track record of consistently achieving his targets. A self- starter, willing to travel, having a good presentation skills Knowledge of the Medical Gas Pipeline market of South Zone of India shall be an added advantage Ability to handle situations with innovation and creativity. Produce new ideas and solutions to achieve business targets.
Knowledge/Educational Requirements University degree – University degree – Technically ( BE – Mechanical/ Electrical ) Knowledge and strong interest in Medical Gas Pipeline portfolio. Excellent fluency in English, having very good communication skills . Local Language will be preferable.
Personality requirements Committed to self-development, be accountable for the mission and shows a high level of engagement. Should have good presentation skills and persistent in facing challenges and questions. Likes to explore new areas and use learning from experience. Continuously seek a better way, adapt to change; be willing to learn and challenge status -quo. Positive attitude in front of ambiguous and complex situations. Continuously explore new areas and use learning from experience to increase Medical Gas Pipeline market share. Strategic and analytic thinking.
