Job Description : Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant Position,
1. Position : Oracle HR Lead (1 No. required)
Job Description / Profile:
1. Techno functional consultant for R12.2.6 implementation with 6-8 years' experience.
2. Strong Knowledge of Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, PMS, iRec, OLM & Succession Planning
3. Hands on experience on setting up EIT, SIT, DFFs, Web ADIs, Assignment statuses, Value sets, Lookups, Menus, Responsibilities & Security profiles
4. Expertise in setting up approvals using Oracle Approval Management (AME).
5. Experience in setting up competencies, PMS Plan, Appraisal templates, Appraisal Fast Formulas and approvals
6. Experience in iRec Hiring End to End Process, Offer generation and approvals
7. Experience in setting up OLM courses / classes, bulk enrollments, learning paths, external learning, costing and approvals
8. Experience of AN100s, System Configuration documentation, User Manuals and Test scripts preparation
9. Knowledge of PL/SQL, Fast Formula, Data Loader, Workflow.
10. Arabic language added advantage ( Not Mandatory)
