Candidate should have strong functional knowledge on distributions with hands on implementation experience in key modules of Oracle distributions 12i. (INV, PO, OM, Warehouse Management and Manufacturing). 1. At least three full cycle of Oracle distributions implementation experience on above product, experience in Warehouse Management, Mobile Supply Chain would be an added advantage. Implementation/support experience in discrete/process manufacturing would be preferable. 2. Should be conversant with business process analysis, modeling and AIM methodology. 3. Good oral and written communication and presentation skills. 4. Experience in project management including scope, estimate preparation, proposal writing and presales tasks would be added advantage. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Job will require the consultant to perform process analysis, design, setup, testing, implementation and documentation. 2. Interface with users and process owners to develop "buy in" and support, develop business implementation strategies and address specific issues that may arise during an Oracle implementation. 3. Assist business users in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules. 4. Conduct User Training, provide user support and resolve the issues 5. Actively participates in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
