Job Purpose
• Lead the Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and support Procurement, inventory, Supplier portal, Qualification, Sourcing, Contracts, costing, maintenance and Ensure the system is working as intended.
• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion PAAS custom solution.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Developing business re-engineering and preparing solution design, to meet business needs after collecting all requirement.
• Managing new implementation with complete project lifecycle including configuration, application demo, training & testing with users and ensure go live gets completed on given timeframe.
• Managing and delivering new solutions on timely manner, after understanding business requirement from key users
• Working closely with development team to make sure business requirement is accomplished and key users are satisfied.
• Training users to make sure they understand their roles properly and highlighting steps & procedure for user to execute transactions correctly.
• Monitoring system and user utilization for SCM modules making sure wrong practices are avoided.
• Resolving issues faced by business on timely manner.
• Finding new solutions to streamline business process through system.
• With oracle releasing new functionality every three months, test and evaluate which new functionality will fit business needs.
• Convince business to use new functionality from oracle and do analysis on how it will help the business.
• Work with development team to provide system report to help business in complete automation.
• Ensure to stabilize new modules like PARS, maintenance cloud and supplier qualification by checking the trend of issue and finding permanent solution to fix it, mainly by conducting detail level workshops with users.
• Managing all modules under supply chain management which includes: Self-service procurement, procurement, Sourcing, Inventory & receiving, Procurement contract, Supplier portal, Supplier qualification, Maintenance cloud, PARS (PMV asset rental solution) and Supplier complaints.
Communications and Working Relationships:
• Works directly with the ERP manager in the implementation of ERP System.
• Work closely with supply chain inventory, procurement, engineering, equipment departments in implementing new solution and supporting in utilization of system.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :
• Implemented in more than 8 projects in past 8 years of experience including both Oracle EBS and Oracle fusion cloud application
• Able to pass implementation knowledge with team for better results in delivering implementation.
• Full knowledge of supply chain system process
• Mapping system knowledge with business process
• Understanding integration with other fusion modules
Qualification :
• Bachelor degree
• Business certification like CSCP
• Oracle certification are plus
