Monday is weekly off Work Timings: 12pm-9pm   It is a team handling role and involves travel. Key Responsibilities:- Managing the academic requirements across the campuses in the city. Ensuring and raising the student's satisfaction index and student performances. Supporting the business and marketing team with workshops and seminars. Providing continuous support/feedback to teachers and working towards improving their performance in classrooms. Ensuring the progress of course within the timelines. Desired skills: Impeccable communication skills - verbal and written. Strong leadership skills and has managed at least a team of 20 people. Ability to map theoretical knowledge to practical applications. Self-driven quick learner and shows adaptability to new concepts, tools, and technology. Ability to multi-task and think creatively. Ability to make learning easy for students from different backgrounds, regions, and boards.
