Job description

Job Description: As an Oracle Supply Planning Cloud Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize supply planning processes using the Oracle Supply Planning Cloud platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales, to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.

Essential Skills : 
1. Proven experience in supply planning, preferably with hands-on experience using Oracle Supply Planning Cloud or a similar supply chain planning software.
2. Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
3. Proficient in data analysis and using Excel or other spreadsheet software for supply chain analytics.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 
1. Translate clients business goals/ challenges into technology roadmaps and architecture designs.
2. Conduct research, comprehend analyst reports, keep abreast of technology trends, and identify applicability to clients business/ technology ecosystem.
3. Define enterprise blueprints that leverage emerging architecture patterns and industry/ functional Solutions.
4. Utilize the Oracle Supply Planning Cloud platform to develop and implement supply planning strategies and processes.
5. Collaborate with demand planning teams to understand forecasted demand and develop supply plans accordingly.
6. Analyze inventory levels, production capacity, and lead times to optimize supply chain efficiency.
7. Conduct regular supply chain analysis and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and mitigate risks.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in supply planning and Oracle Supply Planning Cloud.
