About the Role
OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Finance Functional Consultant for a support project. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with industry-best resources, enhance functional expertise, and grow into leadership roles while exploring new avenues in the IT space.
Responsibilities 1. Manage day-to-day functional support activities and handle client communications. 2. Plan, prioritize, and resolve issues in a timely manner. 3. Act as the primary point of contact for tickets until closure. 4. Document issue resolution approaches, unit test plans, and test results. 5. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), TE040 documents, and training manuals for new developments. 6. Support technical development activities by building test scripts and conducting application testing. 7. Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Required Skills 1. Experience in Oracle Applications R12 implementation and support projects. 2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite. 3. At least one end-to-end implementation experience in Oracle EBS Finance, with a minimum of two support projects. 4. Strong experience in Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles. 5. Experience across various phases of the project implementation lifecycle with sound knowledge of implementation methodologies. 6. Exposure to Oracle Fusion Applications is an added advantage. 7. Excellent communication and analytical skills for understanding and troubleshooting business requirements. 8. Strong solution design skills with good presentation abilities. 9. Hands-on experience in documenting FDDs, test scripts, and training manuals.
