Oracle Finance Functional - SM, M, & SA positions


Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata locations

SM Manager -14 to 18yrs

Manager -9.5 to 13 years

Senior Associate - 5 to 9 years 

Interview Mode :- 

1st round virtual. 

2nd round face to face

  • Candidates should have experience in Tax and India localization, and this is primary skill for 2 SA,1 M & 1 SM OFF position.
  • For other OFF SA & SM level positions candidates should have AR, GL, FA, CM experience, AR & GL are mandatory
  • Also ensure that candidates are prior informed that they must attend In person final round at Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata location

Responsibilities

- Oversee the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials

- Mentor team members and provide guidance

- Achieve successful delivery of core financial modules

- Manage project timelines and client engagements

- Identify and address potential project risks

- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing

- Uphold exceptional standards of quality and compliance

- Drive process improvements within the team

What You Must Have

- Master's Degree

- 10 years of experience in implementing Core Financial modules

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- CA/MBA in Finance

- Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations

- Leading end-to-end implementation projects

- Providing guidance on financial processes

- Knowledgeable in Oracle Financial modules

- Experience in client workshops and pre-sales activities

- Knowledge of Financial Accounting Hub and Revenue Management
