Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant Experience: 8 to 15 Years Job Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore/Remote Should be flexible to work in shifts.
Job Summary: OSI Digital is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Financials support, rollouts, enhancements, and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver functional solutions, resolve production issues, and support continuous improvements across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS Financials solutions
- Configure and support Oracle EBS Finance modules based on business requirements
- Support Oracle EBS enhancements, rollouts, implementation, and production support activities
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, interfaces, conversions, and integrations
- Resolve production issues within SLA and support month-end and period-end financial close activities
- Perform regression testing, reconciliation, data validation, and system integration testing
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials
- Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Required Skills:
- 8 to 15 years of Oracle EBS Financials functional consulting experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Sub ledger Accounting (SLA)
- Experience in Oracle EBS implementation, production support, rollouts, and enhancement projects
- Hands-on experience with customizations, interfaces, integrations, and regression testing
- Strong understanding of financial processes, reconciliation, and period-end/month-end close activities
- Ability to independently work with business users, Product Owners, and technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Oracle EBS R12 implementation or upgrade experience
- Knowledge of SQL and Oracle Financials integrations
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Fusion Financials
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Oracle Financials Certification

- Has never worked directly with business users or clients
- Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS Financials functional consulting experience
- Has limited exposure to implementation, rollout, or production support projects
- Is not willing to work from the office or collaborate with cross-functional teams
