|
1) Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (FA & PFM) Finance Functional Consultant Primary Skills: Fixed Assets (FA) and Project Financial Management (PFM) Secondary Skill: SQL Experience: 1020 Years Roles & Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, with strong expertise in FA and PFM.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets covering asset lifecycle, depreciation, capitalization, transfers, retirements, and accounting.
- Manage end-to-end FA integrations with AP, GL, Projects, and other Oracle Financials modules.
- Configure Oracle Fusion PFM across Project Costing, Billing, Control, budgeting, forecasting, capitalization, and reporting.
- Design end-to-end project financial processes from project setup and costing through billing, accounting, and financial close.
- Configure Projects-to-FA integration, including project asset creation, capitalization, transfers, and reconciliation.
- Partner with finance, accounting, project, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
- Lead workshops, fit-gap assessments, solution design sessions, and configuration walkthroughs.
- Prepare functional designs, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and implementation documentation.
- Provide functional leadership across GL, SLA, AP, FA, and PFM configurations.
- Apply strong SLA knowledge across Fixed Assets, Projects, Payables, and General Ledger accounting.
- Support FA and PFM data conversions and migrations using FBDI and ADFdi.
- Collaborate on integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP services, FBDI, and other Oracle integration tools.
- Define functional requirements and interface mappings for project, asset, and financial data integrations.
- Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues across FA, PFM, and related Oracle Financials modules.
- Develop and validate reporting requirements using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting, and Fusion Analytics.
- Use SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and reporting support.
- Support period-end close and reconciliation processes across FA, Projects, SLA, and GL.
- Recommend Oracle Fusion best practices and process improvements while minimizing unnecessary customization.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, business, project management, and Oracle support teams.
- Act as SME for Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets and PFM, providing functional leadership and solution governance.
