Technical Skill: Job Description: Oracle ERP SCM Functional consultant 7+ experience with 1 implementation experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud: Inventory, Order Management   Responsibilities   A lead resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping practical business solutions, identifying and consulting with clients on business process transformation, optimization and best-practice initiatives, testing, training, managing go-live and system cutovers, defining support procedures  Functional design and configuration experience with some combination of the following, Knowledge on Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud: Inventory, Order Management  Experience managing project scope, change requests, delivery against defined milestones; mitigate and remediate risk factors and propose solutions based on best practices.  Experience reporting to C-level client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on- and off-site, and off-shore functional and technical teams.  Analyze incidents and restore services within the agreed SLAs  Initiate (and follow-up on) problem resolution  Prepare Functional design  Perform Unit and System testing of enhancements  Evaluate requirements from users, prepare change requests for approval from management with solution approach and effort estimates  Perform root cause analysis for issues and work on identifying bug fix required  Raise support tickets with Oracle support and follow up for solution  Coordinate with Oracle support, DBA, Technical consultant and other Functional consultants for implementing bug fixes  Coordinate with other application consultants for issue fixing and proactively prevent issue occurrence  Provide user training to new users on new functionalities (when required).
