Recognized widely for our engineering capabilities and management excellence. ************************************************************************************ Location-Mohali ( Near Chandigarh ) Exp-6-10 Yrs Position Name: Technical Lead-Data Standards/Integration Location Reports to Director Program Management Office POSITION OBJECTIVE/DUTIES: This position will be responsible for data governance, data standards and data maintenance in the Oracle ERP Instance of automation industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Work closely with Corporate PMO, Group PMO and Business Unit Project teams on data standards for Oracle ERP Instances and Integration Approach * Ensure compliance and adherence to Emerson Data Standards driven by Strategic programs (i.e. DDSC, Logistics etc) * Perform periodic evaluation of Oracle Instances for Data Standards and publish results * Research and document potential gaps in terms of adhering to Oracle Data Standards * Work with the PMO and respective business unit Oracle programs to retrofit and fix violation of data standards * Oversee the design, documentation and execution of controls to remediate data quality and data accuracy issues related to Oracle Data Standards * Support global data governance model that will establish and document data creation, update guidelines and decision rights. Within the governance model, be a data steward combining the knowledge of existing source data with the ability to determine how to transform the source information into the defined master data standard format Work. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * 7 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite.
