7+ Yrs work experience in the Applications Development organization designing and developing applications. In MetricStream you will report to the Applications Development Manager. You will work closely with MetricStream"s customers, product management, QA and support organizations to develop and deliver high quality applications.
Understand app features & functionality
Create high and low level design documents
Develop modules using our ECP platform & other technologies
Review & approve test cases
Responsible for code review & adhere to coding standards
Lead and guide a team of application developers, help them understand the business requirements and develop applications and / or configured solutions.

Strong knowledge of Oracle 10G, PL/SQL, Relational databases and Data Modeling.
Working knowledge of HTML and Java Scripting.
Strong written, oral communication and project management skills.
Exposure to enterprise business applications such as ERP or CRM.
Hands-on approach essential
