We have the urgent Opening for Oracle HRMS functional for our Client Job Location: Hyderabad Experience level: 3-9 yrs Interview Date - 11th May, 2013 (Face to face) Interview location - Bangalore/ Hyderabad Job Description : Experience: 3 to 9 Yrs Job Location: Hyderabad Required Skills 1. Should have Product knowledge on 3 or more number of HRMS Modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, CWB & OAB) 2. Expert on Core HR & Payroll or Core HR & OTL is a must. Knowledge on other HRMS Modules is an added advantage. 3. Should have strong understanding on the HRMS Process Flows 4. Should have experience in at least Two to three Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or Support Engagements). 5. Should have at least one implementation/Upgrade experience on R12. 6. Should have knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements. 7. Should have knowledge of Cut-Overs, Roll out Plans and ITIL process. 8. Should have knowledge of Conversion Strategies and Project Management. 9. Should have good understanding on the CEMLI components. Job Description 1. Understand and analyze customer business pain points and business processes 2. Create As-Is and best-in-class To-Be Business processes of customer 3. Map the To-Be business processes with Oracle Enterprise Applications 4. Use Business Process Management (BPM) tools to create Level 0- Level 3 process maps 5. Create business requirements & functional specifications for different functions 6. Build complex CRPs / Proof of Concepts (POCs) 7. Conduct workshops with customers 8. Make presentations/demos/POCs to customers & stakeholders 9. Create test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them 10. Participate in development of System testing & User Acceptance Test plans 11. Build User Manuals / Guides 12. Conduct end user training (of clients) 13. Help in resolving functional/configuration issues in different projects 14. Should participate in Project reviews and Program Management meetings. 15. Architect solutions.
