Job Title: Consultant Oracle (Techno-functional)
Location: Cochin / Trivandrum
Experience: 4 to 7 years' experience developing solutions on Oracle EBS / Fusion framework
Role: Associate Oracle ABAP
* Architect and Design Oracle solutions involving reengineering of business processes and defining solutions
* Develop innovative solutions on Oracle frame work help engagement teams demonstrate Oracle capabilities to the customers
* Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making.
* Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams.
* Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business.
* Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
* Support Pre implementations projects- requirement matrix , solution mapping & evaluation , RFP preparations, vendor evaluation
* Support Implementations management & validation - Program management, Code reviews, vulnerability assessments
* Post implementation review - review of implementation , configuration, security, developments, adequacy testing & documentation
* Configuring and supporting the on demand sand box environments to help engagement teams demonstrate Oracle capabilities to the customers
* Flexibility in involving in general consulting / advisory roles which are not Oracle Specific and providing business expertise in such assignments
Candidate Profile:
* Expert on Oracle ABAP development and Knowledge of Oracle FI-CO modules in developing reports and knowledge of underlying tables
* Bachelors in Technology/ Master's degree computer applications
* 4 to 7 years' experience in Oracle development- understanding of underlying tables and functional flow of Oracle GL/AP/AR;
* Minimum 3 end to end Oracle implementations
* Good knowledge on Oracle AIM/OUM methodology and tools
* Must be able to communicate effectively with customers in gaining confidence and closing projects
* Must have the skill sets to leverage / develop tool kits to accelerate Oracle service delivery

* Should have multi industry / multi geographic work exposure
* Influence and leverage the skills of others
* Good team player
* Good lateral thinking
* Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
* Open for travel (short / medium/ long durations), based on project requirements
* Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

Skills Required:
* Expert knowledge in Oracle Development
* Good understanding on Oracle Financials (GL/AP/AR)
* 3+ End to end implementation experience
* Good understanding developing reports on Oracle Financials Modules and underlying tables
* Preliminary knowledge in SCM modules
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to work independently
* Exceptional Client interaction Management Skills
* Exceptional Presentation / Linguistic skills
* Ability to multi task on various requests
Skills Preferred:
* Ability to adapt and learn new areas
* Good knowledge in MS Visio and MS projects
* Good knowledge on Oracle AIM/OUM methodology and tools
Qualification Preferred:
Bachelors in Technology / Master's degree in computer Applications or equivalent
