Sr. Software Engineer with 5+ years of solid hands on development experience with Oracle 11g products like ADF / OAF, Oracle WebCenter Spaces, Oracle WebCenter Portal.
Must Have:
* Strong hands on using Oracle ADF DC control using SOA services.
* Proven experty in WebCenterSpaces / WebCenterPortal Customization like Integration of BPM HumanTaskFlows and ADF TaskFLows with WebCenterSpaces
Experience in WebCenterPortal / WebCenterSpaces / ADF SSO & security implementation
* Demonstrable experience on experience in WebCenterSpaces 11g, Web2.0 services, oracle UCM 11g and Personalization (MDS), ADF Taskflow & Portlets deployment, JSR168 and JSR286 standard portlets and WSRP portlets
* Experience in integration with Portal / Spaces OIM/BPM for security and workflow solutions.
* Displayed an excellent record of accomplishment of delivering high quality results on time and under budget.
* Highly organized and dedicated to his work and possesses strong analytical skills with a great attention to detail.
* Able to work both independently and in a team-based atmosphere while being self-motivated and efficient at multitasking.
* Possess Good Communication and Team Leading Experience.
Desirable:
* Good knowledge in Experience in ADF DC, Web 2 features, AJAX frameworks such as JQuery, DOJO
* Extensive experience working with WebLogic, OOP, OOA, Design Pattern, Agile, RUP, and Anti-pattern.
* Possesses the ability to effectively deal with all levels of individuals in an organization in order to gather requirements, communicate changes or train users.
* Good knowledge of entitlement solutions using OPSS.
* Good knowledge on XML, XSD, XHTML
* Usability and accessibility standards
* Should have good knowledge on various integration mechanisms and integration products
* Should possess excellent communication and customer interaction skills
