Design functionality for new generation products. Produce the High level functional documents, Product requirements, the functional specifications related to the Product requirements.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include:
- Design functionality for new generation products.
- Produce the High level functional documents, Product requirements, the functional specifications related to the Product requirements.
- Liaise with the Customer, Sales, Marketing, Development & QA teams.
- Maintain & upgrade the domain knowledge in the area of specialty and recommend the necessary features & changes to the core products.
- Assist development & QA teams in understanding the requirements as a part of the overall SDLC; validate the QAs test cases, provide clarification & prioritize the issues.
- Prepare and update the Product Documentation viz. Functional specification, Field Impact Matrix, RTM etc.
- Acceptance test execution & preparing the test case result & certifying the quality & correctness of the requirements developed before delivering to customer from the PR & overall UAT scenarios point of view.
- Support the Sales & Marketing activities such as presentations, RFI/RPFs, Demos, Workshops, Gap/fitment Analysis.

- B.E. / B. Tech with / without MBA (Or) Any Graduation other than B.Tech with MBA
- Experience in MNC or large Indian companies.
- Experience in Operations in Freight Forwarding/ SCM/ Logistics/Customs/ Parcel/ WMS or information systems experience
- As a Forwarding/Logistics Business Analyst, apart from having excellent analysis skills, you also must know how to connect data to business process and you should be able to explain this link to the business.
- Worked in operations of large company having knowledge in rating, operations, large network of own company operations and with agent network with profit share settlements and accounting overview
- Problem solver- able to dive into data details to find root cause
- Excellent communication skills- present complex situation in a concise clear manner, communicating key
- messages to a variety of stakeholders
- Innovative - think out-side the box to recommend practical/strategic solutions
- Root cause analysis - analyze issues and situations systematically
- Adaptability - flexible and adapt responsibilities and working practices
- Team player Strong collaborator at all level in the organization and able to drive the team towards results
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data structures excel, Use case modeling tools
- Sound knowledge of business case development.
- A demonstrated continuous improvement approach and experience with leading projects.
