We have an immediate opportunity for Tech Lead for one of the leading Product Based Company Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or MBA Desirable(only from Tier 1 or 2 Institutes and 70% or above throughout mandatory) Experience : 5-8 years of experience Designation : Tech Lead Location: Chennai JD: Technical lead : Purpose of the Role: Analyze and interpret the software specification with the objective of translating the specification into High Level Design within the framework of the project plan. Responsibilities: Apply systems analysis and design techniques to complex applications/systems. Recommend optimum approach and develop system design. Evaluate and analyze processes and support for systems and applications. Recognize probable conflicts and integrate diverse data sources. Contribute to process re-design and automation by designing and implementing custom software solutions built on a foundation of best-of-breed technologies. Install, configure, and customize system software and devices. Serve as a project assistant in the management and deployment of software solutions. Technical Skills Should be hands on with SQL Development SDLC, RDBMS Concepts, OOAD / Schema design Database design skills/Design methodology. Schema Design, data & design modeling Configuration management Query Optimization and performance tuning skills. Analytical and reasoning capability If the person has Payroll Development knowledge it would be ideal.
