Position          - Consultant/Senior Consultant/Lead Consultant/Principal Consultant(Permanent Position)

 

Experience      -  3 Years to 11 Years

 

Skill Sets         -  Oracle Financial OR Oracle Apps Technical

 

Oracle Financial

 

·         Minimum 3-11 years experience in implementing/supporting Oracle Financials like AP, AR,FA,GL and Cash Management.

·         Minimum 3-11 years demonstrable must have functional experience within Oracle General Ledger, fixed assets, AR, AP, CM modules.

·         Will ideally have implemented Oracle Financials end to end at least twice, with at least one in R12

·         Experience of working with middleware and interfaces typically found in the EBS GL, Purchasing and Order Management modules

·         Superb understanding of the differences between R11 and R12

·         In depth understanding of the Oracle Application Architecture in releases R11i/12

·         Extensive experience in functional application configuration/setup, change requests and impact analysis solution design and production support.

·         Deep understanding of recognized oracle implementation documentation methodologies, e.g. AIM

·         Strong functional/technical/hands-on experience in Financials Modules in Oracle R12 and 11.5.10.2

·         R12 upgrade experience is preferred.

·         SQL, PL SQL, Forms/Reports knowledge is preferred

·         Excellent verbal & written communication skills

·         Should be adaptable and open to learning new skills.

·         Strong project management skills.

·         Rich understanding of RICEF and customizations

·         Solid understanding of SQL and able to write/interpret statements

·         Capable of managing customer escalations

·         Highly capable in maintaining documentation issue, risks, ticket, logs, etc.

·         Experience of creating management reports charting progress, issues, risks, etc.

·         Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude

 

OR

 

Oracle Apps Technical

·         3-11 years of technical development experience with Oracle EBS 11i/12i modules.

·         Well versed with Oracle (11i, R12) having strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Advance PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Reports and FSG Reports.

·         Well versed in Advance Product Catalog Module (Customize the Module as per the client requirements).

·         Well versed with the XML Document (XML DOM) and XML DOM Parser.

·         Experience in Projects will be good to have.

·         Experience in Oracle R12(Needful).

·         Design and Develop reports, interfaces, customization and extensions.

·         Strong experience with BI publisher.

·         Experience with MSC schema is highly preferred.

·         Experience with OBIEE and BI Apps is desirable.

·         Strong in PL/SQL programming.

·         Knowledge of SOA and ADF framework.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve issues.

·         Candidate should have strong analytical skills.

·         Strong communication skills.

·         Able to work independently with minimum supervision

 

Responsibilities -

·         Ensure design, build and implementation of work product

·         Developing reusable components, tools for productivity and quality.

·         Mentoring and guiding the development teams in implementation with best practices, deployment.

·         Conduct PoCs to understand the effectiveness of the solution; incorporate feedback into the solution.

·         Solution benchmarking against the competitors.

·         Lead & handle Delivery responsibility for a portfolio

·         Interact with the internal/external stakeholders for weekly operations review and build relationships with the stakeholders.

·         Implement Quality measures to drive operational efficiencies and articulate the value to the customer
