At least 1 year experience in Oracle E-Business HCM experience and 5 full-lifecycle HCM implementations with 11.5.10 and R12x. Need at least 1 relevant Fusion full-lifecycle HCM project go-live experience. At least 1 year experience in Oracle HCM (EBS/Fusion), including workflow and alerts; PL/SQL and Fusion Middleware Object Design, At least 1 year experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for global HR/performance/Goals/Talent Review - at least 1 full life cycle project delivery experience (hands-on) At least 2 Full life cycle Fusion HCM implementations for HR, Talent Management (Performance, Goal & Profile Management), Payroll, etc. Previous Oracle EBS HRMS experience on R12 in highlly desired. GPHR/SPHR/PHR certification or an equivalent is a plus.
