* Experience in leading large BI Reporting Development projects (5000 to 10000 person days effort range) on a fixed price, managed service model
* Overall experience of 10-12 year experience, with hands on technical experience in BI Reporting Development including on OBIEE for at least 7 years
* Experience in managing all phases of BI Reporting Development - Estimating, Planning, Design, Build, Test and Implementation * Good understanding of data architecture, data flow and nuances related to data design
* Managing a team of 20-25 resources in an onshore-offshore model
* Experience in client facing skills, liaising with other technical teams within Accenture, client and other vendors in managing interdependencies
* Monitoring of the project execution and status reporting to Accenture, client management
* Controlling of the budget, schedule and quality of delivery *Experience managing ETL Development projects as well
