Datavail almost exclusively provides DBA services to the market, nothing else. Datavail is organized into 5 "Practices" based on the database technology supported. These Practice teams provide the services to our clients which produce our revenue. You will be directly supporting the systems these folks use globally, most of which are mission critical. You will work directly with and for senior management given the importance of this role.

OBIA:
1. Must have at least 6 years of experience on Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA).
2. Ability to implement Out of the Box solution and customize the OOTB solution to meet the client requirements.
3. Candidate must have strong architecture and design experience on Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Applications.
4. Strong ETL expertise with ODI 11g using Oracle Apps / Siebel / PeopleSoft as source systems.
5. Must have strong Oracle database experience including SQL, PL/SQL, procedures, functions and performance tuning.
6. Must have implemented at least one Analytics module from Finance, HR, Procurement, Project etc.
7. Willing to work 24/7 environment. Must be flexible to work on weekends and after business hours, if required.
8. Willing to work extended hours for supporting projects and troubleshooting issues
9. Must have the strong communication skills to deal directly with business and development teams.
10. Must have strong technical skills to manage and take ownership of technical projects without any assistance.
11. Must be proactive and self-motivated, and not wait for direction.
12. Must be easily understood and possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and writing skills.
