1. 11+ Years relevant experience as Solution Analyst
2. Delivering at least 8 Enterprise-level Projects including at least one involving legacy systems.
3. Experience with UML. Knowledge of design patterns.
4. Experience with delivering End-to-End Implementations in Qatar or GCC Legislations
5. Experience with Below HCM E-business Suite Modules
a. HR, PAY, HRSS, PM, iRec, OLM, T&L
6. Experience with developing E-Business extensions (Functional Part)
7. Experience with AME, WF and OAF Personalization and Forms personalization
8. Good Technical background in SQL,PL/SQL , Discoverer , OBIEE , Reports , BI Publisher
9. Experience with Enterprise Applications like Hyperion Planning , Siebel CRM , Org Publisher Microsoft SharePoint will be a bonus
10. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
11. Ability to operate under pressure, successfully handle multiple competing priorities.
12. Ability to learn and quickly familiarize with complex business and systems environments.
13. Ability to work independently, as well as in teams.
14. Excellent communications, presentation and customer facing skills.
15. Fluency in English, written and oral
