Skills:
1. Core JAVA and J2EE
2. Oracle ADF, WCP with Oracle Jdeveloper
3. Oracle WCP runtime pages/Navigation Model/security/MDS import and export
4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript(preferably JQuery)
5. Any MVC framework Spring/Struts/Hibernate
6. Basic knowledge of Oracle WCP
7. Knowledge of design pattern
8. Knowledge of code quality tools like PMD, checkstyle and FindBug
9. Knowledge of JUnits
Role and responsibilities:
1. Understand the given requirement and build the same using ADF/WCP
2. Developing new ADF taskFlows(TFs), JSFF and managed beans for the given requirement
3. Integrating the developed TFs with WCP
4. Develop and maintain Oracle WCP application
5. One should be able to create runtime as well as design time pages
6. Should be aware of creating the custom navigation model in WCP
7. Should be aware of security model of WCP
8. Should be able to import and export all the runtime customizations to multiple environments
9. Should be able to use the resource catalogue and use resources in WCP pages
10. Integration of UCMS with WCP
11. Knowledge about the out of the box taskflows to use UCMS resources in WCP
12. Follow the industry standards during implementation along with best practices
13. Writing reusable APIs for the given requirement which will be used by multiple applications
14. Debugging the issues related to JS/CSS
15. Should be able to debug ADF related issues during development and help the team
16. Should own the requirement and be able to deliver it without much follow ups
17. Working in global distributed delivery model
