JOB DESCRIPTION
• Candidate must have exposure in ERP implementation and managing
• Understanding of different departments and processes such as Customer Relationship Management, Production, Manufacturing, Human Resources Management, Supply Management, Finance, Inventory, Purchase, etc is very important
• Should have sound technical as well as functional skill including familiarity with the latest business intelligence tools.
• Bachelor's degree
• Extensive knowledge of business processes down till department level processes
• 10 years' experience in multiple ERP implementation as an individual contributor
• 3 to 4 years supervisory experience will have an advantage.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY WOULD BE AS BELOW:
• Setting deadlines,
• Assign responsibilities (at functional level - across the users)
• Monitor progress
• Lead new business processes
• Streamline business processes and workflows
• Solve problems that arise in day to day working
• Match the requirements of the ERP with Vendor team
• Should be able to find out the strength and weakness of Current ERP (Feebo) and try to improvise the business process to minimise customisation.
• Should provide with best of industry practices to maintain growth in both long-term as well as short-term.
• Proper documentation and regular Training schedules.
