Fusion HCM Functional
Require Candidate having 6 Years of experience on Coe HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management, Approvals and Security.
Job Requirements
• Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Absence Management functionality.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Absence Management based on customer requirements and document application set-ups.
• Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps.
• Should have experiencing support for customer's day to day activities, resolving issues when reported.
• Should have extensive experience in working with Oracle support on reporting and resolving product issues, helping customer to come out of impact
• Should be good enough to come up with various impact assessment and workaround for critical product issues in case the fix is delayed from oracle.
• Should be good at debugging using BIP, HDL technically
• Functional troubleshooting in Core HR and Talent Management modules to identify setup issues and resolve the issues.
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
• Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure.
• Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve Issues raised in various implementation phase.
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions.
• Deliver and conduct end-user training and workshops.
• Provide status and issue reports to the Technical Account Manager on a regular basis.
Required Skills
• Knowledge on HCM Design Studio, Personalization, Work Schedule and Multi Location Calendar Setup
• Knowledge on Person Security, Area of Responsibility, Reference Data Set
• Scenario based Setup Configuration and Scenario based Setup Modifications on Absence and Core HR and Talent Management Module
• Knowledge on Compensation, Benefits, HR HelpDesk, Talent Acquisition and HCM Learn Modules
• Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud Core HR and Absence Management and Talent management modules.
• Ability to configure Work Schedules, Shifts, Patterns & Eligibility Profiles.
• Experience with Absence Fast Formulas is required.
• Experience with creating Elements particularly Absence Classification elements is required.
• Experience facilitating CRP and UAT testing.
• Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.
• Support clients with the execution of test scripts.
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
• Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
