Ltd. !                      We Have Openings With MNC.   Skill           : Oracle HRMS Techno functional Exp          :  9+ Yrs Location :   Pune Work From Option is Available Job Description:       Work on support issues in HRMS including advanced benefits, OTL and payroll.     Experience in Fusion is mandatory.     Working in Managed service support projects with ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues     Identifying and documenting gaps, performing and supporting configurations during multiple phases of project, including testing cycles     Making recommendations to resolve gaps through solution design and/or process changes     Identifying and building test scenarios and test scripts     Work with global team and teams across locations     Work with payroll fast formula     Provide timely updates to the team leads/supervisor/project manager     Project documentation including design documents, testing scripts, training manuals     Ability to independently write queries to database and get details needed to resolve production support issues     Support users during period closure issues.
